Q: Do I need to pay a booking fee?
A: Yes, we require a 50% booking fee to lock your booking in. This is required within 48 hours of having an invoice sent. If you do not pay your booking fee, the date will be made available again. Your booking fee is non-refundable. If you pay in full and you happen to cancel, your 50% booking fee is lost and the remaining 50% is refunded back to you. Full payment is required before we leave your event.
Q: If I cancel my booking, do I get a refund on my booking fee?
A: If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of paying your invoice, your booking fee is refunded back to you minus the processing fee (2.42%) via the method you have paid. However, after this time frame, your booking fee will not be refunded under any circumstances as the booking fee covers our time, administrative fees and it goes towards reserving a time slot as we mark ourselves as unavailable to schedule work for that date and time.
Q: What if I can't pay the remaining balance on time?
A: First of all, let us know! We will extend your invoice time, however if you fail to let us know, a late fee will be added to your invoice for everyday that it is overdue. If your overdue invoice exceeds 1 month, your images will be deleted from our backup.
Q: Can I reschedule or change my package type after I have paid the booking fee?
A: If you reschedule or change your package type after the booking fee has been paid, you must change to a package that is the same or higher in value.
Q: Do I get a receipt?
A: Yes, you do! A digital receipt will be sent to you automatically once your payment has been made using our invoicing system.
Q: Are your prices GST inclusive?
A: Yes, all prices stated on our website are GST inclusive.
Q: Do you do payment plans?
A: Yes, we do! Simply contact us to discuss further.
Q: Where are you based?
A: We are located in Kings Park, Melbourne (3021).
Q: Do you price match?
A: In order for us to deliver to the best of our standards, we do not price match.
Q: What is your standard editing? (Functions & Events)
A: Our standard editing includes enhancing the colours and vibrancy of your images, fixing the lighting/exposure and composition. Please note that retouching is not included in our standard editing procedures. Retouching does incur extra fees.
Q: I don't want my photographs to be used online. Are you able to keep them private?
A: We reserve the right to upload any of our work online. However if you request photos from your session to be taken be down, we charge a $55 fee.
Q: How do I get my images?
A: Your images will be available for pick up, or they can be posted out to you.
Q: How long does it take to receive my images?
A: As we like to ensure that your images are edited up to high standards, general functions can take up to 2-6 weeks due to high demand.
Weddings/Engagements can take up to 10-12 weeks. Priority edits are available on request for an additional fee, simply contact us to discuss further.
Q: I have lost my USB. Can you send me a new one?
A: We keep your files stored for 12 months from your booking date. If you'd like a new USB sent out to you, please note that we charge a $15 fee to have them re-sent.
Q: Can I get RAW or unedited JPEG images?
A: We do not supply RAW or unedited JPEG images.
Q: Do you print?
A: Yes we do! We generally offer a wide range of products on request. Simply contact us for more details.
